FC Vestsjaelland was established in 2008 as an offshoot of the Slagelse Football Club & Sports Association (SB&I). FC Vestsjaelland is based in Slagelse and plays all of its home games at the Slagelse Stadium.

At FC Vestsjaelland, we believe that by working together with the local community and businesses, we can create the perfect environment for Super League football in West Zealand. Our vision for FC Vestsjaelland sees us emerging as a Super League club by 2013, and an important part of this vision is the support from local people and businesses in West Zealand.

At FC Vestsjaelland, we know that the club's fans and supporters are the club's lifeblood. We also know that without our fans we would never be able to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves. We do not take our fans for granted, and consider them as part of the club and they are invaluable assets for the team.

FC Vestsjaelland cooperates with over 20 local soccer clubs in the region of West Zealand, and is constantly looking for more partners. We know that working with the local clubs is an irreplaceable piece of the puzzle, which will help get Premier League football back to FC Vestsjaelland, therefore we are constantly working to strengthen this cooperation. FC Vestsjaelland is also working with more than 120 companies that are helping to create the foundation for this project.

At FC Vestsjaelland, we know that the support from the business community is a must to realize the goals we have set for ourselves; therefore we are constantly working very hard on optimizing our cooperation with various companies so that we can give back to them as much as possible. FC Vestsjaelland is proud to have built the largest and most active business network in the region of West Zealand, and we are always ready to welcome new businesses into our network.
