Regulations

The purpose of this policy regulation is to maintain a positive atmosphere at Slagelse Stadium and to ensure that everyone who visits Slagelse Stadium, at any time, will feel safe and happy before, during and after the event. Slagelse Stadium is used primarily for FC Vestsjælland's home matches, but it is also used for other sporting events and events of a non sporting nature. The Order of Procedure applies to all events held at Slagelse Stadium.

 

Scope

 

The policy regulation applies throughout Slagelse Stadium area, including entrances and exits.

 

Terms of stay

 

Any instruction given over Slagelse Stadium speaker system or by inspectors and/or police must be followed immediately.

 

Security Control

 

All visitors with access certificate issued by proper authority at the entrance are required to produce this on demand. It is a condition for access to Slagelse Stadium that, if needed, you can be searched by inspectors.

 

Behavior at the Stadium

 

The following items are not allowed in Slagelse Stadium:

  • Glass bottles, drink cans, tinhorn or the like
  • Possessions that can be used as missiles or weapons
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks, flares, bright fireworks or other pyrotechnics
  • Food and beverages - including alcoholic beverages of any kind. Dogs and other animals

 

Above list is not exhaustive, but only illustrative of the items that are not allowed at Slagelse Stadium

 

Please also respect the stadium by:

    • Not acting clearly under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
    • No standing on chairs or chair backs, climbing over buildings, furnishings, walls and fences
    • Not moving in to areas not intended for general use including the football field
    • Not throwing any objects that may be a danger or nuisance to others
    • Not relieving oneself outside the toilets
    • Not writing, painting, sticking or hanging anything on the buildings, facilities, etc.
    • Not selling products or tickets, distribute printed materials and conducting a collection without prior permission
    • Not recording moving images or sound, and passing on information from the event outside Slagelse Stadium – in any which way - without prior written permission from the organizer.

     

     

    Violation of the regulations

     

    Anyone who exercise vandalism or otherwise engage in conduct which causes the organizer and/or Slagelse Stadium loss reserve, they will be held responsible for the loss. Violations may lead to denial of access to or expulsion from Slagelse Stadium, and possibly exclusion from future events at Slagelse Stadium. The current organizer decides on the duration of the expulsion/quarantine to its events. Violation of the regulations may also result in fines under Order No. 511 of 20 June 2005 the police protection of public order and protecting individuals and public safety, etc., and police access to implement interim measures, § 16
